Questions need to ask your hvac contractor before designing commercial heating systems

Clear system of purpose; determine exactly what building owner expects from new commercial heating system. There are numerous options for system types and the type of fuel it will utilize. Evaluate different options for types and the type of fuel system will utilize. How much level of efficiency will be good enough for system? Probability for quality equipment installed in system? How much heating zones are required? Any chance for potable heating water? And what will be the source? Boiler or indirect fired heater? Or separate way like direct fired heater, electric, oil, gas or solar source? It is necessary to add BTU`s per hour requisite for hot water? All technical document information will need to be conveyed in person-to-person discussions or person-to-technicians?
